Join us at Via Yoga for a yoga & surf week in beautiful Sayulita, where you’ll find some of the best beginner surf in the world. Sayulita’s warm water and consistent waves make it an ideal spot year round for surfing. There are two surf spots in Sayulita : a right (longboard) break in front of the village and a left (faster) break in front of the campground. We usually have Via Yoga surf lessons near the right break where the waves are just about perfect for beginners. Wetsuits are never needed, but we recommend that you pack a rash guard. While booties are optional, some spots are fairly rocky and you might find you want them. There are a few great surf shops in town so if you don’t have time to purchase a rash guard (or booties) before heading down to Mexico you can shop once you are in town.
