I have tried using 2 kcups per cup on the lowest cup setting and shaking them before I use them but it is missing something big... FLAVOR! It is the weakest hot chocolate or should I say brown hot water I have ever tasted, come on guys your coffee is great but this no no no it needs way more flavor. I think if it were filled fuller and maybe used a liquid instead of powder that clumps in the bottom of the Kcup it would be much better.
