A simple pulse monitor is included as well. The profound accuracy of these watches' self-winding mechanical movement is the result of dimensions accurate to within 0.001 millimeters and weights balanced to within 0.000001 grams. That accuracy, between +15 and -10 seconds per day, is carefully ensured by the master craftspeople who have put their pride and skills into these superb timepieces. These quartz models have an automatic calendar that functions in tandem with time zone adjustments. The flowers and leaves are sewn on with wool felt and adorned with some funky stitching. I also have needle felted some delicate swirls in greens and brown with great love and care. Secures around your head with two long felted ties. Cute as can be and one of a kind!!! colorful, funky and girly!
