The cheery face is machine embroidered in dark chocolate brown, and the eye is a fleece appliqué. The curly Q stem is stitched in place, and the stem is lightly stuffed. The pumpkin has ridges stitched down the sides. This hat has ear flaps to keep your little ones ears nice and toasty! The bottom is two layers, so it is like a built in ear-warmer. 12-18 month size. I base my sizes off of the standardized growth charts and I use the male measurements since boys are a little larger. Fleece is stretchy and will accommodate some growth.
