It is completely reversible, and is suitable for either a man or woman, punk rock or fashion forward. * The wool side is very, very slightly itchy (thus is the nature of wool!), so for those of you with extremely sensitive skin, I would suggest keeping the soft cotton side facing in. I myself have really sensitive skin and can wear these fabrics comfortably (I have a fair collection of my own cowls to wear now that it's colder!). * It fits over big heads (like mine)!
