Hi. I live in Pensacola, FL. My mother passed away in 2008 and we had a dream that someday we would open an embroidery shop where she would sit in a rocking chair telling her wonderful Cajun stories and I would do the machine embroidery. We planned to call the business Cajun Stitchery. After she passed away, I lost my job. I decided to make our dream come true and I opened Cajun Stitchery out of my home. We do machine embroidery on ready made items. As time has gone by, I didn't feel that was a big enough release of my creativity. So, I opened my Etsy store to share my handmade items and allow my creativity to run rampant.
