I'm very pleased with not only the earrings but also the customer service. Because I am overseas (military), the earrings had to be sent to my APO address, which takes extra steps in terms of mailing them out. Emitations was on top of it; they contacted me via email right after I placed my order to get it all straight. Anyone ordering from an APO area will need to be pay a few dollars extra for S&H, so be aware of that if you're overseas. The earrings arrived sooner than I expected, were packaged very, very nicely, and are pretty. See less
