    • If I had a million dollars I would create 52 franchises at high schools in each state and manage the 52 teachers of this curriculum. This is an ideal program for the unemployed of our nation to find jobs and acquire skills and knowledge required for success in many local businesses, both small and large. It is ideal for recent high school and college graduates whom are looking to enter the workforce. It is also a refresher for those employees already employed by a companies, whom are looking to upgrade their skills and advance within their companies. During the classes, 13 to 26 business recruiters will be invited to speak about those successful employees within their company and what kind of workers they are looking to hire as well as the successful candidate's major attributes. These recruiters will hand out business cards, which the students will keep and refer to after the conclusion of the classes. They will then be able to contact any businesses they perceive as matching their skills, abilities, and interests. An overview of the 1,170 different industries making up the US economy will be presented and the different subcategories will be thoroughly discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of large companies (500 or more employees) vs. small companies (50 employees or less) will be compared and contrasted. This $400 cost of this month long curriculum is inexpensive compared to all 4 year university tuition costs, many of which usually charge in excess of $10,000 a year. Using the excess money made I would pay back all of the loan of $1,000,000 and all profits to the donor to prove this concept when implemented successfully, will work. If 52 schools were opened -- one in each state with 30 students per month for 3 consecutive summer months, total profits before salaries paid out would be $1,872,000. Costs of paying out the 52 teachers' salaries of $20 an hour for 12 weeks at 40 hours per week would be $499,200. The cost to rent space at 52 high schools for 3 months would have to be less than the remaining $372,800. That would leave $7,169.23 for 3 months rental cost per school to break even the first year.

It should also be integrated into existing companies to assist employees in becoming well-rounded individuals whom are aware of various skills and talents used to be effective leaders in business. This idea is to start a summer school for entrepreneurs whom have recently graduated high school. The school could be one month long. Every day the class would do a different entrepreneurial exercise (26 in the curriculum total).

    If you are able to work and choose to not work, you should not eat! I would say this is true about 29,000,000 of the 30,000,000 unemployed folks. Here is a way to use wisdom of successful retired business owners to train existing failing businesses and newly opening businesses while transforming smaller businesses into growing larger ones which can afford to hire many of the nation's unemployed workers. Report Spam
