Frizzy Hair's Helping Hand

Posted by jinnyjinn on May 12, 2009
If you’re like me, you have one of two options for taming that mane of yours—straight ironing the heck out of it or diffusing. Air drying au natural leaves my locks looking more like a Chaka Khan fro—sadly, something this pale white Scottish Italian cannot pull off. The few times I diffuse, my curls keep their shape sans the full on frizz. But there’s one dryer, which made an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show and in Glamour magazine, I’d like to get my hands on: The DevaCurl Deva Fuser Kit ($30). This hand-shaped 360 degree dryer comes with a 3 oz. Moisture Lock Spray and an adapter that claims to fit 99% of all blow dryers. Thirty bucks to keep curls looking cool and not chaotic? Count me in!

How do you diffuse?

Whoa. Weird. I thought it was for drying gloves from the photo! :)

Thanks for the info. I just added it to my best beauty bets lists. I sooo have a frizz problem. Especially when it's humid. There are days when I've been in a hurry and run out of the house to work and come home looking like cousin it.

I'm glad somebody thought of this. I am even more glad that someone pointed it out.
