How-To: Viewing the Weekly Ad

Posted by kristi7 on Oct 9, 2009

So you might have already seen the new Weekly Ad feature we recently added to our Sales & Stores section (nifty, right?!), but what you might not have noticed is that you have two different ways to peruse the weekly deals.

The "products" view, as shown above, is the Kaboodlized version of the Weekly Ad, complete with easy-access buttons to add items to your list and a drop-down menu to sort by product category.

The "page" view looks exactly like the Weekly Ad you know and love at your local store. You can page through and click on the product images to add the items to your Weekly Shopping List.

Now you can be in the know before you go. Which view do you prefer? Give it a spin and let me know what you think--we're eager to hear your feedback!

Awesome!!

I like to look through it both ways because sometimes I don't notice things in one view, but in the other view it stands out more. That way I don't miss anything.

Good pointer, @Triplyksis

@Triplykiss, I'm the same way =)

@triplyksis: I do the exact same thing! Glad to see that people are using both methods of viewing the Weekly Ad.

@mamor and @triplyksis: The doube feature of seeing the ads as they appear on paper saves me the hassle of buying a paper (and wasting it...) and the list view allows me to just have the list handy to add from.
SUCH a time saver!

easy to use and time saving. i don't have to stop into the store to view the ad
