(09/30/09) Conventional Website Marketing Is Out! Ever heard of the expression "when in Rome, do as Romans do?" Traditionally, people flock to what is popular, common, and achievable. A business marketing website will always promise you the same things; more traffic and more sales for just a small fee (usually monthly). This article is not to dispute if these marketing strategies work or not. Instead, I think the argument needs to be made whether or not these tactics are growing old and stale. Maybe it is time to open the door for new and inventive ways for website marketing through unconventional means. For example, all these marketing sites are using, for the most part, the same techniques to promote websites.
