They clean up like a dream, since nothing sticks to them. 3. The bumps/legs keep them from touching the surface when you put them down on the counter. 4. They fit many-sized pans. I have one pan that is in between sizes, so I just use the smaller one, letting the handles act to keep the lid from falling in. This leaves a narrow strip exposed around the edge, but it still works to keep spatters in. 5. They're kind of pretty, in a utilitarian sort of way. 6. They're durable. 7.
