The trim piping around the arms & neck is the same polka dot print that the belt's made of. The waist has a little metal ring sewn onto it for the tie belt. It has a zipper in the back & is unlined. The color is a pretty soft blue and the high quality fabric moves nicely...kinda flowy. Would be equally perfect for the office or a day of shopping on Robertson. Remember it is way too big for the mannequin so the fit in the pics is not the best. Condition Details: No holes or stains. Hardly any wear at all.
