When I called the customer service number, they sent me a new set of irons which worked fine. The only drawback is the way it is mounted. It says to cut a 4 inch hole. I did not. I used the existing hole and it was a good thing. The mounting bracket is supposed to brace against the ceiling. If I cut the hole 4 inches, the bracket would have fit right into it. The two 3 inch screws that are supposed to hold the fan and prevent it from wiggling are inadequate for the highest speed. The two lower speeds are fine." See less
