The classic is of course; leaving a message on the fogged-up bathroom mirror, but that is about to get superceded with the Daywriter, Nightwriter. Both of them are essentially elongated three-dimensional scratchboards that you can use to write messages on. When we were in Japan a couple weeks back, we found an ad for this new product – Tutukki Bako – and it basically depicted a finger in a little box and the finger influenced what happens on the screen. Think Tamagochi 2.0 – we were amazed, amused and completely determined that we had to get our hands on this crazy thing. Well here it is, just flown in from Japan, no real images yet, no english translation – this was launched days ago in Japan and was not intended to be sold here, at least for now, so translations are hard to come by. But it's so simple that you don't need a translation: Slide your finger in the opening on the side, choose your stage (Panda, Figurine, Amoeba, Ocean, Face) and you are all set. Start playing around, make the face sneeze, give the panda a little push or kick the stick figure out of the screen, all good fun. Now we don't know why we are so addicted by it, but it's a brilliant piece of Japanese toy culture and we just can't help but pick it up...See less

You will need at least two skeins for a pair of socks. 100% merino wool 50g / 175 yds gauge: 6.5 to 7.5 sts = 1" needles: US 1 to US 3 weight: fingering hand wash, lay flat to dry OR machine wash delicate colors: browns, dark grey and black Because each skein is hand painted, if you want a perfectly matched pair of socks, Claudia recommends knitting from two skeins at a time, alternating between skeins every few rows.See less

Though it is old, does not have alot of wear. So great! I then attached it to a brass chain. I LOVE TIME!! I should make that my new slogan! Whadya think? Pendant is approx. 1 1/2" long. The centrepiece of this necklace is a vintage retro blue and white striped umbrella pin with a pretty rhinestone bow on the handle. Under the umbrella is a brass kissing couple, and the highest gemstone-grade faceted green amethyst "raindrop". Above the umbrella are raindrops of blue, green, clear and purple sapphires, london blue and swiss blue topaz, moonstone and green amethyst, all individually handwired with 14K/20 gold-filled wires, with a 14K/20 gold-filled adorable star! Around this pretty picture is a chain of freshwater pearls measuring about 18 inches (46 cm) around.
