"Go Japenese Restaurant" in St.Marks has good ones. I wouldn't recommend the ones sold in Flushing Mall though. Where do you get your fill of Octopus balls???

The vendor in Hong Kong near all the escalators on that hill (sorry, that's the most description i can give - don't remember a street name) makes the best egg cakes. They were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (please see pic - I took a picture of them before I gobbled them up). If I knew they'd be so good, I would've skipped the picture and stuffed them down in a second.

yum! i love getting these. brings me back to my childhood.
