(02/21/09) October 24th-25th, 2009 2-day in-field workshop: $495 The Yosemite Valley in the fall is a spectacular place for photography with endless possibilities for capturing scenic landscapes, vivid colors and active wildlife. This 2-day workshop includes two full days of in-field, hands-on photography training and education in the Yosemite Valley, from sunrise to sunset. We will be photographing in different areas of the National Park. Location will be dictated by weather conditions and as the light best presents itself to us. Topics covered include: * properly exposing a scene * composition * depth-of-field and more. Workshop requires: * a Digital SLR camera * a tripod * lenses covering up to 50mm (200mm in case we encounter wildlife!) * Note: filters are suggested--bring them if you have them!
