My Kaboodle

Aside from Halloween, fall fashion, and pretty leaves on the trees, another reason October is my absolute favorite month is because it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For too many people, breast cancer is at the forefront of their thoughts every day of every month; so I love seeing everyone, including the hottest fashion and cosmetic companies, doing their parts to boost awareness. It especially makes me smile to see Kaboodlers, like lady_arndt, chanbrina8, peaches99 and many more showing their support through lists, styleboards, or adding products that benefit one of the breast cancer charities. The styleboard above, Think Pink, by lady_arndt offers a bunch of pink goodies to choose from. Be sure to check out editor jinnyjinn’s recent post in the Gloss Kit about cosmetics with proceeds that go to one of the several charitable breast cancer organizations. What feels better than a new lip gloss? One that looks good and does good too!
