Tulip Dress from Anthropologie

I can't usually justify Anthropologie's high prices, but I fell in love with this frock from the moment I saw it. I used to live in the Netherlands, and it reminded me of a Holland spring. I've never gotten more comments from a single piece of clothing -- money well spent!
