Economic way to give my Vista system the extra needed "oomph". (Then, when I got fed up with Vista you should see how this thing flies with XP.) Cons: Not an Intel Core 2? :) Other Thoughts: Just when I thought I couldn't squeeze any more performance out of my aging socket 939 HTPC system Newegg saved the day again. Upgraded from a retail Athlon 64 3000+ and used the same heatsink (with Arctic Silver 5). Not much of a temperature difference, even under full load. Did you find this review helpful? Pretty Sweet.
