(09/21/09) "After reading all of the other reviews, we were curious to try this out on our cat. When we took it out of the package, she was mildly intrigued by it. She sniffed it a few times. She then proceeded to play soccer with it, which we've never witnessed before lol. If we roll it at her while she's laying down, she'll catch it with her front paws and then rub it on top of her head (another first lol). She hasn't made any attempt to lick or chew it, which is surprising. She's a catnip junkie, so it's been interesting to watch her interact with this. Her contact with it has been on the minimal side, whether we engage her or not. Great idea for a toy, but we were expecting some more excitement from her."See less

If you read the book its the last time you will see such wit or humour. The text is life lessons from Hallmark, on a bad day. Banal and trite best describe the writing. All you will get from this book are still photographs from the adventures. Better to buy Wallace and Gromit on DVD to replace you worn-out VHS tape. And there is so much going on in each episode that you can watch many times and still notice nuances that you'd missed before. The irrepressible Shaun must have raised the image of sheep permanently.
