I carefully handsew each button onto the vintage dictionary paper (from the 1960s) and ledger paper (from the 1920s) punched hearts. You'll get a total of 12 hearts with various shades of red/pink/orange/brown button centres (buttons may not be exactly as shown but equally as pretty as they are from the same batch). These hearts are 1 inch in diameter. They are backed with glue dots and ready to be used in your artwork! Please see sample of how I used my flowers (not included with hearts).
