The zipper pulls connections to the zipper were poorly designed in a square shape so that they get stuck perpendicular to the zipper, and one must wrestle then back to get them in line wih the zipper to use them. The zippers themselves are big clunky cheap ones, not the types that you'd see on truely high-end purses and bags. They scrape when they are unzipped, and are hard to unzip.
