It's a super compact bike that folds within seconds, so when you are cruising through the city and need to take it up to your office or your apartment it's done within the blink of an eye. But now, now we are even happier, because our friends over at Areaware are distributing the Strida here in the US and they have just told us that the brand new version 5.0 is now finally available! So, what's new? Well, for once the plastic wheels are now gone and black anodized alloys are now in place. New disc brakes make you stop on a dime and the bike comes in a selection of fabulous colors. The frame is made of 7000 series aluminum, the hub is anodized silver alloy and the cranks are 4 spider cast aluminum.
