I am running a X2 939 CPU with DDR pc3200 and was a great improvement to my 7900GS in SLI. Did not need to OC the card right now as it does what I want it to do with out any latency. Cons: NONE...is a vast improvement in performance Other Thoughts: Installation of the card into a case can be a little difficult if you don't have the room. I would say that if you have a mid tower (in some casess) or a full tower you would be ok for room when installing this card.
