Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Assistant Director, Assistant to the Director, and other administrative specialists to insure the proper handling of day-to-day activities in the museum. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for overseeing many of the administrative duties of the museum, including items that relate to the recently acquired Ethnographic collection. The Administrative Assistant will attend all related University training courses related to the job duties.
