I have to agree with Shelbi. This primer is a little chunky however, if you rub between your thumb and pointer it will smooth out. This is a great primer. I tried cream shadows as a base but my eyelids are very oily even in the winter. As a test I primed one eye and applied shadow to both eyelids. The one without primer creased after a couple of hours. For a more intense color I primed w/ the poxy let dry and used a white jumbo liner pencil on my entire lid to brow and proceeded to apply e/s. Highly pigmented shades , all shadows can also be applied wet for a deeper longer lasting effect. The compact case makes it easy for storing and traveling. These are priced at wholesale to everyone! This is a pic of colors I used to see how they would apply and AT last, I was happy with the staying power. I did apply them wet, this is my preference for most of the shadows I wear. Once done I applied Crystal Ice Mica over the colors. The case measures 9" x 6.5" closed, The pots are Dime Size around and contain plenty of powder for many excessive uses. The colors do not have a ton of shimmer in them if this is what you are looking for, you can always dust shimmer over top as I did in the above photo. See less
