I spent three years living in Totnes, Devon, studying music composition with visual arts practices at Dartington College of Arts. Now I live back in my childhood home in rural Wiltshire.
Whilst studying visual arts I would obsess about collections of objects and the way that they interact. Making jewellery allows me to continuously arrange and rearrange small objects without seeming too insane.
I find inspiration for my pieces in antique shops, natural history collections, English folk music, the countryside, late nights and single malt whisky.
I still play harp and hammered dulcimer but only in secret.
My jewellery is asymmetric, using dark, rich peacock colours and layers and layers of brass chain.
