It comes with a white 2 metre cable with an inline switch available with Euro, U.K or U.S cable. Lamps to Europe come complete with a bulb BUT for orders to the U.S and Canada, even though I would love to send you a bulb to complete your lamp, your bulb sizes are slightly different to ours. You will need to buy a 40 watt candle shaped bulb with an E12 candelabra base. It has a diameter of 13cm and it's 42cm tall (9.1" x 15.4"tall). This product is CE marked and safety tested. The fabric print is bright and crisp and the fabric has a slight herringbone weave which is very European in feel. The small amount I bought whilst I was there went very quickly so I asked the help of an Italian friend to track down the shop and buy me some more. Fortunately, despite the fact I only had vague details of where the shop was located and no shop name, he enlisted his mother's help to track down the shop and the fabric, for which I'm very grateful.
