I first experienced Kashwere while staying on the spa level of the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay. (No, I can't afford such luxuries--I was teaching a class on holiday entertaining and was extended a room for my efforts). The crazy-soft, cuddly, and light king-size blanket had me at hello. I have splurged on one for the house and am not sorry for it. Given that we (hopefully) spend a third of our lives sleeping or lounging in bed, comfy bedding is not a splurge, it's a requirement! The pillow cases, well, maybe those were an indulgence--but I covet them every single day.
