My husband, son and I stayed in Tamara's apartment. This was our 5th trip to the city, but our first staying in an apartment, and now I will never go back to a hotel again. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and was just as described and viewed in the photos. The building was lovely and the front desk staff were always friendly and most helpful. The birdseye view description is right on target. The floor-to-ceiling windows in 2 rooms give a breathtaking view of Manhattan and beyond that make you feel like the lords of the city. The high floor offers a lordly perspective that reaches all the way to the Statue of Liberty. You have no doubt what unique city you are in and where you fit into it. Its central location means that you can walk to many points of interest or take the nearby 42nd St. subway to the others. This is a big building, very modern, that boasts of helpful doormen and staff. The apartment is very large, quiet and pleasant, well furnished with modern furniture. It has a fully loaded kitchen with all equipment provided. The bedroom is surprisingly large with a comfortable bed that is welcome after a day of sightseeing or an evening of fun.The bath is beautiful and spotless. The owner is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This is a special place. I'm glad I stayed here on 2 occasions and look forward to more. See less

Located in the middle of the action, it was yet a quiet oasis of peace and luxury high above it all. The views of Manhattan were stunning, a reminder of how big the Big Apple really is. All the amenities were there as promised, more than I could use, and everything worked. The doorman was helpful but not intrusive. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this condo twice on short-term trips to NYC and was extremely pleased both times. A good distance from the noisier parts of the city it is yet in the heart of NY life. The neighborhood restaurants were particularly appreciated. Shopping, museums, and cultural destinations are readily accessible. The condo itself is comfortable and well appointed with modern furniture. The Brazilian cherry floors are particularly attractive. Granite and marble adorn kitchen and bathroom, both of which are roomy and well stocked. Even a washer abd dryer are included. Doormen are friendly and the owner aims to please. Highly recommended.
