You can cook foods like rice, eggs, meat, vegetables, etc. Each type of food has a different cooking time -- make sure you check with your parents before starting. The inner ceramic container can hold up to 1.5 L. The lid is made of a heavy-duty glass which can withstand very high temperatures.
