Though I'm usually a 0 / xs in UO items like this I went with the small. I'm 5"7 115-120lbs with a very slender waist but I've got curvy butt and hips. Could have gone with either one really as it fits fairly true to size and the draping at the bottom is flattering and forgiving - but the inseam is pretty short so the small gave me more room and comfort around the hips and thighs and made the shortness of it a little more to my taste (I like short stuff but am not really a hotpants kinda girl.) There was not much difference in the top between sizes for me though not sure if that would be the case for bigger chests (i'm a 32B). If you're not sure I would size up.
