It's also eminently practical, as what modern woman does not bemoan the lack of pockets on most elegant clothing? The purse is constructed from black, gold, and silver brocade on the exterior, which is 100% polyester. The interior of the purse is a yellow satiny fabric with aqua blue undertones (also 100% polyester). There is a small pocket on the inside, which is aqua blue with yellow undertones (the reverse of the lining fabric), and the pocket is adorned with a wide band of black lace (also polyester). The top of the purse is trimmed with olive drab cotton quilt binding, and the straps are made of the same fabric. The purse closes with a single silver colored snap just inside the top.
