Don't leave your favorite four-legged friend out of the Halloween festivities! I’m sure there’s a Pomeranian out there with a Scarlett O’Hara alter ego. Or maybe you think your pup would look like rock star in this Elvis costume. And, of course, there’s a little devil in all those shoe-chewing, bone-burying cuties. Whether or not your doggie is cooperative enough to get in on the Halloween spirit, clicking though these elaborate costumes is well worth it for a necessary dose of hilarity.

Joker Tuxedo T-Shirt
Superman Costume Tee
Amid the pressure to either make elaborate, homemade Halloween costumes or go as a sexy army girl or nurse from a bag, there are a few retailers catering to those who want the spirit of Halloween without the fuss. After all, not everyone has the Project Runway gene or the Mean Girls philosophy about Fright Night. With these costume and themed tees, Halloween can be as easy as throwing on a shirt.

Tell us about your Halloween costume. Are you a DIY costumer? Or do you prefer the store-bought variety?

Old Time Bathing Beauty...
I think this Old Time Bathing Beauty costume ($50) is fab. There's the whole nostalgia factor and it has the, "Wow, those were really bathing suits," sort of thing going for it. I also like that it's really cute and sort of a nice counter to all the sexified costumes out there for women.

Mystic Medusa Adult
In Greek mythology, Medusa was a gorgon, whose power was so strong she could turn whomever gazed upon her to stone. As the story goes, she was beheaded by Perseus, who then used her head as a weapon. Pay homage to this tale with this Mystic Medusa costume ($59), which comes complete with green dress, gloves, leg ties, and snake hair headpiece. Finish the look with a snake staff, and sparkly green makeup for optimal effect.
