After being allowed to cool and hand painting/sealing them I attach them to a wooden pendant back. Each rose comes in its own little gift box with its own black ribbon necklace. The rose itself is 2" (or appx. 5 cm) in diameter. The ribbon necklace that is included with the pendant is 18" long and is clasped by a silver lobster clasp. I can make your rose any color. The way this necklace plays with light is fantastic :) All the crystals glimmer in between the waves of the black ribbon, showing over and under it, like stars under night clouds. It really can't go unnoticed, and would suit perfectly any formal black outfit. All the crystals are of colours suiting the cameo, black, gray, white, and light blue. Notice the small leaves on the prongs of the setting, it's just lovely from any side you look at it :) Once again, I added a bit of various styles in order to create something unique. This kanzashi is inspired by the traditional maiko kanzashi, and as such, it is fixed to an imported prong with imported bira-bira (metal flutters). I folded and hand-dyed this silk for the petals. The silk has a satin finish. The total length of this kanzashi is 23 cm (9 in). At the widest point it is 11cm (4.5in). The kanzashi has four flowers in the top bunch. The top bunch is 11cm wide at the widest point (4.5in), and 6cm tall (2.5in). Each flower is 4.5cm in diameter (1.75in), and angled for the best fit. Furthermore, the bira-bira are 4cm wide (1.5in). I attached a coil to the center of each flower. The fuji fall 18 cm (7 in), and there are five strands of fuji, with a total of 110 petals in the fuji. The prong itself is 8.5cm long (3.5 in) in usable length, with the kanzashi+prong extending to 12.5cm (5in) without the bira-bira included, and 16cm (6.5in) with the bira bira included.
