(04/05/09) Experience Level: Intermediate | Posted on 3/18/2008 from HIBBING, MN UNITED STATES | Comments: This has to be the easiest tank I've ever set up and one of the most beautiful. The square shape enables it to be placed just about anywhere and it creates a wonderful focal point in any room. The filtration system keeps the water very clear and clean and my fish and snails are thriving in their new environment. It also is a silent running tank, no "waterfall" sounds. The "night light" effect is stunning and creates a whole new environment in which to enjoy your tank. All in all a wonderful tank and I wish I owned more of them. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends.See less

(04/19/07) The Nano Soft Coral Pack is a combination of various soft, polyp and mushroom corals that are well suited for a small reef aquarium, such as the Nano Cube. We have chosen these corals not only for their size, but also for their hardiness and overall suitability for a nano reef aquarium. By incorporating multiple packs along with our Drs. Foster & Smith Select Nano Live Rock, you can create a diverse reef setting in a small aquarium. The ideal set up for this pack is an aquarium of at least 8 gallons with plenty of live rock for added filtration. All of the corals within this pack will thrive under power compact or multiple standard fluorescent lights. The water movement provided by the main filtration is all that is needed for these corals, as they do not require high water flow. All of the corals included are photosynthetic and do not require supplemental feeding. Depending on the individual species, the corals may be fed zooplankton, brine and mysis shrimp. Be sure to monitor the...See less

This box of Nano Live Rock was developed especially for the Nano Cube, but will also accommodate other small aquariums from 8 to 16 gallons in size. The quantity and diversity of rock included will allow you to create a beautiful aquascape, with many open holes and crevices, for marine life to hide. This rock is "pre-cured" and is maintained fully submerged in filtered holding systems, and is...See less
