The bottom has a flirty ruffled hem. There is black with baby blue satin beading lace--- trimming every seam. The front features a D-ring lace up. There is baby blue lace trimming the top of the bust and the bottom hem. Lastly a velvet aqua blue bow has been placed in the middle. The entire top is lined with heavy canvas. The bust is wired and has light padding for support. You can adjust the fit easily with the halter ties. I only have enough of this fabric for one more top.
