I am desperately trying to help my niece win the spring dress photo contest. Her name is Courtney and was diagnosed with juvenille diabetes almost 5 years ago on her birthday in October. She is a real trooper and tests her blood sugar by doing finger-pricks 10-12 times a day and giving herself insulin shots 5-6 times a day.
