I am desperately trying to help my niece win the spring dress photo contest. Her name is Courtney and was diagnosed with juvenille diabetes almost 5 years ago on her birthday in October. She is a real trooper and tests her blood sugar by doing finger-pricks 10-12 times a day and giving herself insulin shots 5-6 times a day. Anyway, it you would consider voting for her we would appreciate it. None of us have a myspace or website like the girl in first place does and she gets 500 votes in a matter of seconds around the same time each night.
