(Shown on page 45, Adorn Spring ’07) Designed by Erin Harris YOU’LL NEED: • 3/4 yd. purple floral fabric for outer skirt (we got all of our fabrics from reprodepot.com) • 3/4 yd. white floral fabric for outer bodice • 3/4 yd. green polka-dot fabric for neck ties, waist ties, and waistband • 1/4 yd. pink print fabric for pocket • 1 1/2 yds. solid white fabric for skirt and bodice lining • 1 pkg. jumbo rickrack in white • 42" length 1" wide ruffled eyelet trim in white • Matching thread • Rotary cutter and cutting mat • 6" x 24" quilting ruler • Fabric scissors • Straight pins • Sewing machine • Iron • Turning tool Skill Level: Intermediate Note: Wash and iron fabrics before cutting. Use 1/2" seam allowance throughout. Seam allowance is included in templates. Baste using a long machine stitch.
