I actually got this for my boyfriend because the morning sunlight coming through the blinds can be problematic (since he works later in the day and thus tries to sleep later). He uses it every night, and if he didn't like it so much I would probably use it myself! This mask is SO soft and silky, and lightly padded for extra comfort.
