We did find these a little tiny bit itchy on the first wearing and strongly recommend washing to soften the fibers and dyes in the yarn. The tentacles are wrapped up the sides of the shoes. They have little suckers painted on them too! I use mainly second hand, but nearly new shoes. Please note that when you buy Miss Bunny shoes, you are supporting re-cycling, and that your new shoes may have been worn, or tried on before. I ALWAYS make sure my shoes are in a suitable condition before I decide to use them, and Id never send out anything that I wouldnt be prepared to wear myself. See less
