I just started to read this and it looks promising so far. If you're running a Web-based business I don't think you can ignore the strategic and tactical information you can glean from effective web analytics. The reviews were favorable on the book.

Listened to this as an audio book, great insight into what makes some ideas stick and others not. A must for any trying to market their product or service.

I read this a few weeks ago. What I particularly liked was the "SUCCESs" model, which breaks a message into the elements which give it stickiness. One of the best books I've ever read about communication, ideas and virality.
