› This is my list of fabulous but comfortable shoes! A friend recently turned me on to Cole Haan's partnership with Nike to create casual and dress shoes with Nike Air technology inside. I am short so I always try to wear heels to work, but I also have back problems so I can rarely go above 2.5" heels ... until I tried on Cole Haan's Nike Air-equipped miracle pumps! They have totally changed my life (and put a dent in my wallet). I can wear 3 or even 3-1/4" heels for 10 hours at a time without hurting my back or my feet.

These looked like they'd be a great fit - the almond toe provides more room for the toes than the other toe styles - but they were too tight in my usual size, and too loose even with a pad in a half size up. Oh well.

SO disappointing. These are ADORABLE but the leather is so stiff and the toe box is so narrow, I felt like the shoe was trying to crush my pinky toe, even when I went a half size up. Oh well!

I was really hoping the Nike air technology would make something with a pointy toe comfortable, but no such luck. These run small and they are cut low on the sides, so my crunched toes were the only thing keeping my foot in the shoe. Not comfy at all. Bummer!

These look SO HOT on, but even with the amazing Nike Air technology, a 4" heel is just too high for me. Roomier in the toe than others I have tried though!
