I tried a half-size larger, but it didn't really solve the problem -- the toe box is so shallow it was painful for me even to try them on. I thought about getting them stretched, but worried it would ruin them, so reluctantly decided to send them back. But if you have a narrow foot, I really recommend them because they are stunning on.
