TimMee

by hankinstein

0 Hearts

TimMee first started producing plastic dinosaurs in the 1960s. They are multicolored, small-scale, "army-men-like" figures. They can still be found at dimestores and the like; they come in a big bucket, usually, with some props, like plastic trees and rocks.

Yellow Trachodon

The newer version of Trachodon. The newer dinos tend to lack the texture that the older figures had.

Blue Trachodon

The earlier version of TimMee's Trachy, with texture on its skin.

Blue Brontosaurus

The earlier molds included two different Bronto poses--one looking back, and one (like this one) with its head resting on the ground.

Green Mammoth

Woolly Mammoth. TimMee didn't start making mammals till the 1970s. This is a pretty good representation, I think.

Lime Green Brontosaurus

This Bronto is rather unusual. He is more opaque in color than most of the other newer dinos, which makes me wonder if he's new, or from the 70s. He's also the only lime green colored TimMee dino I have.

Again, TimMee's original T-rex.

Mustard-colored T-Rex

A very strange rendition of T-rex, with chicken-legs. This is an original TimMee Rex; they changed the design later (in the 1970s, I think).
