Within the parkland are 3 more houses the largest being a fully renovated 4 bedroom house, valued on its own at over 300k, in the same block is the leisure complex and swimming pool all in first class condition with a spa pool to relax in. This is an great example of a good condition house with all the hard work and renovation being carried out to a fine standard over the past 13 years by its current owners.
