It met all of my expectations and more! Packaging is nice, but whatever, let's get to the good stuff. It is well-designed, comfortable bean shape that fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It allows for good grip and control, especially with the components on the inside rumbling around. I used this on my forearms, upper thighs, lower legs and even....underarms. The epilator worked well for all areas and the massaging rollers really do help ease/numb any discomfort you may have. I braced myself for the pain, and was surprised to find little to none at all (keep in mind I'm a regular waxer). The sound of the epilator is a little overwhelming, as it is quite loud.
