This is not the 1st time to try my old DTA-310 with a non-Packet8 service, I tested it before with FWD but I came up with one way Audio and couldn't go around that problem, tonight it is all green here I tested with ICH and got perfect voice quality 2 ways. here are my step by step: -Downgrade the DTA-310 with older Packet8 version where you can see the unlocked SIP page in the adapter setup. -IP address 213.137.73.178 -Port 5060 -Domain name 213.137.73.178 -Line1 "enter ICH account number" -Port 5060 -AEC on "set to on" -User name "enter ICH account number" -Password "enter the 4 digit password" -Now upgrade the DTA to one of the newer Packet8 versions that the SIP page is locked. -In router setup enter the DTA-310 IP address in DMZ server - Reboot the DTA and enjoy the good voice quality Now I have to find something else to use as a paper weight also may think about selling my SPA-2000. In order to delete the corrupted firmware - This is what I did: 1).I created a directory named P8firmware on my c drive. 2).I down loaded Firmware 1111, [1229 or 1234] and [1237 or a newer ver.] into the C:/P8firmware directory. (if it is zipped then unzip it now) 3).Disconnect from the internet. I have DSL, so I disconnected my connection to the net through my router. You will not want your router trying to reconnect during this procedure. 4). Using a pencil with the tip broken makes this step easier. (Keep the reset button held in until the end of step 4) See less

No caller ID though, Yes, there's an issue with the service creation, where it isn't assigning the 'display caller id' permissions properly. Our dev guys are looking at it, and it should be fixed tomorrow.
