Each stocking was crafted individually in either fur, satin with a lace overlay, or printed cotton, and has spooky bling and accents. Some sport safety pins, others are trimmed with lace or tulle. Some have tiny bats and spiders creeping over them. Fully lined, with a black velvet ribbon loop for hanging. Each bears a blank foam coffin or bat blank tag. The ends are stuffed and sealed in order to retain their shape. Approximate measurements: 25" long 4" opening 14" deep These puppies are $45 each, except for #17. He's $35, 'cuz he's a lil' guy. Given the opportunity to exercise my creative muscles, I put together several lamp and shade presentations for them. As fate frequently rears its unexpected head, my friend never followed through with Cirque Du Soleil and they never did see my designs. So Etsy has given me the splendid opportunity to get these lamps in front of some eager eyes. (You gotta love Etsy for providing all us creative souls with a forum to share those rampant sparks that traverse our brains on a daily basis.) This is another in my series of Shadow Lamps. I’m not sure which character this was. I refer to her as the “Iguana Girl.” To me, the shadow of the Cirque Du Soleil rays of sun beginning from within her and then spreading to the full logo on the wall behind the lamp was a perfect fit.
